Josh, a San Francisco native, is a UoP law school graduate who had the privilege of spending a summer studying constitutional law and human rights under United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. With a bent toward civil procedure, evidence, advanced torts, and corporations, this former Eagle Scout has a passion for seeing justice done rightly and honorably.

Benjamin Cloward

An educator as much as he is a lawyer, Ben received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Teaching Law in High School, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Property, while attending law school. He also honed his litigation and negotiation skills while working for an insurance defense firm and has received specialized training on the subject of low-speed, rear-impact crashes (LOSRIC).

Outside of work, Ben enjoys flexing his Eagle Scout muscle by hunting, bass-fishing, and camping. He also loves spending time with his family and catching Red Sox games when he can.

Gregory H. Herrman

A native of Hays, Kansas, Herrman comes from a family of lawyers. His father had a general practice in Hays, and an uncle and grandfather also were attorneys. He came to Texas and received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas in 1982 and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1986. During his undergraduate years, he worked his way through school by selling Kirby vacuum cleaners door to door, and started his own Kirby franchise during law school.

After getting his J.D., Herrman joined a firm in Corpus Christi, handling both plaintiff’s personal injury and insurance defense cases. After five years, he joined his brother, David, and another attorney to form their own law firm committed solely to representing injured accident victims. Herrman has maintained that focus in his practice ever since.

David E. Herrman

David Herrman is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas and the Texas Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Born in Hays, Kansas, he received his B.A. summa cum laude from George Washington University in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991.

Justin P. Green

Mr. Green earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, and he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Green was selected as a managing editor of the Akron Law Review, received academic excellence awards in Legal Research & Writing and in Real Estate Development Law, and served as a law clerk for the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.

Also while in law school, Mr. Green worked as a summer associate with a Northeast Ohio law firm specializing in Social Security Disability and general civil litigation. His work primarily concerned drafting appeals on behalf of individuals who had been denied Social Security Disability benefits. He also prepared briefs for appeals in select criminal law cases.

Kyzmyck Byerly

Kyzmyck Byerly’s strengths lie in the compassion for the people that she represents. Kyle Farrar

Kyle Wayne Farrar was born and raised in College Station, Texas. A strong supporter of his alma mater, he graduated from Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After graduation, Mr. Farrar attended Baylor University School of Law and earned his law degree with highest honors, magna cum laude. In law school, Mr. Farrar also served as an executive editor of the Baylor Law Review.

Mr. Farrar began his legal career at Vinson & Elkins LLP, one of the largest law firms not only in the state of Texas, but also nationwide. While at Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Farrar quickly distinguished himself as an aggressive and talented attorney. He gained extensive trial experience while exclusively devoting his practice to litigation and trial work. During his tenure at Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Farrar represented numerous Fortune 500 and insurance companies in multi-million dollar lawsuits. Wesley Todd Ball, born and raised in Kingsport, Tennessee, attended the University of Tennessee for his undergraduate work.
