Kevin O. Larmann

Kevin is a fourth generation New Orleanian who has actively litigated throughout the State of Louisiana for the past 21 years.ย  He has handled cases in every Parish of the State and all Louisiana Federal Court jurisdictions.

Upon graduation from Loyola Law School, Kevin spent 21 years with a large corporate defense firm.ย  Five years ago while serving as an equity partner, Kevin began to focus exclusively on representing individuals and families in personal injury cases.ย  He has successfully represented individuals and families in product liability cases, premises liability cases, commercial trucking accidents, electrocution cases, sports injuries resulting in the death of a minor children, and industrial accidents. Kevin has successfully tried several multi-million dollar personal injury cases in the State of Louisiana.

Kevin received his juris doctorate in 1996 from Loyola University Law School where he graduated with honors in moot court.ย  In his senior year, he served as a teacherโ€™s assistant for the moot court program.ย  In 2005, he attended the Trial Academy at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California.

He is an advocate in every sense of the word for those individuals and families who have sustained personal injuries as a result of the fault or negligence of others.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 21 years and his three children.ย  Additionally, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves to snow ski, fish and hunt.

Alexander Dwyer

He received the distinguished honor of having his article Filling in the GAAP: Will the Sarbanes-Oxley Act Protect Investors from Corporate Malfeasance and Restore Confidence in the Securities Market published in the SMU Law Review.

Andrew is currently an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and is on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association.
